COACHES  MEETING: 7:40 am for all teams                                                                                             

START: Doors open at 7:30AM and ALL MATCHES START PROMPTLY AT 8:00 AM

POOL PLAY: 4 TEAM POOL FORMAT:  Best 2 out of 3 games. 27 point cap. Third game is 15 with a 17 point cap.  Switch sides at 8. Libero may serve.                 POOL PLAY: 3 TEAM FORMAT: 2 sets only 20 pt cap.  20 Minute Break after first 3 matches. Cross pools for last 3 matches. Teams will be ranked on overall win loss percentage for Playoffs. Libero may serve

WARM-UP:  First team listed  has the net first. Shared courts for serving. Don't wait for refing team to start warm-ups.

PLAYOFFS: All 1st Place & 2nd Place  Teams from Pools 1 & 4 and the top 3 ranked teams advance to the Gold Division at Whitney Rec Center.    2nd Place  Pool 5and 3rd Place teams from pools 1 & 4 and teams ranked 4 thru 6  advance to the Silver Division split between Whitney & Stride Elementary.   3rd Place team from pool 5  and all 4th Place teams advance to the Bronze Division at Stride Middle School. Refer to brackets for details. Directions between sites will be provided by site directors. If there are 2 way ties, the tie breaker is head to head results. If there is a 3 way tie, teams will be ranked by set percentage (number of sets won divided by the total played) final determiner will be point differential. Playoffs are best 2 out of 3 with the 3rd set rally scoring to 15 no point cap, must win by 2 points.

OFFICIATING: A coach must either be the up or down official for each match! Refer to schedule for pool play.

CONCESSIONS:: Food concessions are run by the City of St Cloud at Whitney. NO  FAST FOOD  OR COOLERS MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE CENTER. (CITY ORDINANCE.)  Our alternate site Stride Academy  has concessions  and they are run by Granite City JO.  Small coolers will be allowed in designated break areas at this site and teams from Whitney are welcome to spend their down time at Stride.  Menus will be posted at the scoring tables.

Check  with site director before leaving to make sure your officiating duties are satisfied
