COACHES MEETING: 7:40 AM all coaches must be there.

START: Doors open 7:30 AM. .  The First Match will start promptly at 8:00 AM

4 TEAM POOL PLAY: Best 2 out of 3 Sets to 25 with 27pt Cap 3rd set to 15 with 17 pt Cap Switch courts at 8 Libero may serve.

WARM-UP FORMAT: First team listed has the net first. Shared courts for serving. Don't wait for refing team to                                                                                                  start warm-ups.Stop watches are provided

OFFICIATING: A coach be either up or down official each match. Refer to schedule for pool play.  The team assigned to referee is responsible for starting all matches on time.  Stop Watches are provided

PLAYOFFS 15'S: 1st and 2nd Place Teams will advance to the Gold Division 3rd and 4th Place Teams advance to the Silver Division.  Medals are awarded to 1st and 2nd Place Teams in all divisions

If there are two way ties, the tie breaker is head to head results. If there is a 3 way tie, teams will be ranked by set percentage (number of sets won divided by the total played) final determiner will be point differential.
Playoffs are best 2 out of 3 with the 3rd set rally scoring to 15 no point cap switch courts at 8, must win by 2 points 

CONCESSIONS: Food & Merchandise concessions are available. No Food or beverage are allowed in the gymnasium area other than bottles with reseal able tops.
$25.00 Fine can be imposed for violations

Please clean up your “camp” and your court area before departing
