COACHES MEETING: 7:40 AM all  coaches must be there.

START: Doors open 7:30 The First Match will start promptly at 8:00 AM.

4 TEAM POOL PLAY: Best 2 out of 3 sets, 27 point cap, with 3rd set rally scoring to 17 point cap. Switch                                                                                                     courts at 8.  Libero may serve. 

WARM-UP FORMAT: First team listed has the net first. Shared courts for ball handling first 2 minutes only. Don't wait for refing team to start warm-ups.

OFFICIATING: A coach must officiate each match either up or down. Refer to schedule for pool play.
The team assigned to referee is responsible for starting all matches on time. Stop watches provided  USE THEM

PLAYOFFS 13’s: All 1st and 2nd Place teams advance to the   GOLD DIVISION at Mississippi Heights Elementary School  All 3rd  and 4th Place  Teams advance to the SILVER  DIVISION played at Kennedy Community School  Medals awarded to 1st & 2nd place teams in all divisions.       Directions between sites will be provided at the sites  

 If there are two way ties, the tie breaker is head to head results. If there is a 3 way tie, teams will be ranked by set percentage (number of sets won divided by the total played) final determiner will be point differential.
Playoffs are best 2 out of 3 with the 3rd set rally scoring to 15 no point cap, switch courts at 8, must win by 2 points.

CONCESSIONS: Food & Merchandise concessions are available at both sites.  Only bottles with resealable tops allowed in the Gym
